Hello everybody. I am currently in the process of trying to start a new usenet newsgroup named rec.motorcycles.victory. If you would like to participate in the group's creation and cast both a straw vote as well as (at the end of the process) a final vote, please subcribe to the:

- news.groups

newsgroup and look for the thread titled:

- RFD: rec.motorcycles.victory.

At this point though, it might be called 2nd RFD etc. because the process is pretty far along.

Sales, ownership and interest in Victory motorcycles is on the increase, and I feel that the time has come for the creation of this group. It's hoped that this new unmoderated group will be comparable to the rec.motorcycles.harley newsgroup and will compliment online forums as a resource for those interested in discussing Victory motorcycles. The charter as well as the rationale for the group is included in the first post (mine) to that thread.

If you don't know what usenet is and newsgroups are, please Google for the terms. Using Outlook Express, Thunderbird and other programs to access usenet (provided your ISP allows access to usenet, and most do) is not very difficult. I've been active in usenet since 1996 and it's great.

Thanks in advance for your participation in the discussion as well as your vote!
