For an '03 Vegas, should I use all six quarts of oil when filling, or would this overfill it? Not sure if it now shows it overfilled or not. Thanks. :SouthPark

My '04 should be the same as your '03. I use all 6 quarts in a kit and it comes within a fraction of the right spot on the dipstick every time.

Be sure your bike is level for a miniute before checking the oil level after you're done filling it. I usually wet the new oil filter gasket before I put it on.
