It's been an interesting month of fleeting glory for a few family members. For those of you who've seen the MN Twins Pat Neshek commercial, where a group of kids get to ask him questions......but they're all about Joe Mauer. The kid at the very end wearing the twins jersey and the JM fake sideburns and shouting "YES" is my nephew. We're trying to convince him he needs to wear the fake sideburns when he does his graduation walk this spring :floor:
Then there's last Saturday's St. Paul Pioneer Press with a picture of my Son (hidden behind the Maxim magazine but they mention his name at least. his mother is so proud:rolleyes:) on the front page as he was spending the night in line to get Wild tickets. Then there's myself on Pg. 25 of the prestigious newspaper "The Onion" in the issue that hit the newsstands yesterday, indicating my temporary post as Mayor of the Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery for the month of April. Autograph lines form to the left please.:sarcastic
