99 check engine...misses

Any ideas... I ride a few mile and the check engine flashes and it starts to miss then comes out of it, might do it a few more times then runs fine the rest of the day. It did this last spring too..didn't bother all summer.

Had something simular to that but the engine light would stay on and the engine would kill and not restart. Turns out it was a wire rubbing against a bracket and grounding out the ECU. Some thing to check, good luck.
