2008 0r 2009 Vision

Looking for some advise. I had been waiting for the new vision hoping to get a color I like or some features that I could not due without. That did not happen and I am ready to buy! However, I figure why not have the first year model if you are going to have one. Nothing special about year two and the differences just do not impress me unless I am missing something. I am looking at the midnight cherry tour premium....Your thoughts would be appreciated. I am currently riding an 05 KP and love it....will not be getting rid of it....it was my first!

Rarely look in the Hodge Podge section. Just saw your post. Have you gotten one yet?

I never was overly worried about buying a new model, but it does seem like every time I buy one, the next year they are a bit improved, and I should have waited. I have to admit, on the Vision, I think I would go with the '09 just for the heck of it. Though I'm sure that you could save a bundle on the '08.

I've got an '03 Vegas and had some of the same concerns about buying the first model year. Although there's been some improvements and changes over the years, I've never really heard of any problems with the '03's, so it's not necessarily a big problem.. likewise haven't had any major issues.. (please don't rain on my parade and tell me about some) lol
