In case anone is interested in powdercoating, I just had some bits powdercoated at SE Custom Powdercoating in Savage. They did a great job for a reasonable price.

I had my gas gap powder coated there last year. No more windshield glare for me!

Sears has a small powder coat gun on sale. Was 199 now 39.99. But, you have to have an oven to bake it at 400 Degree after shooting it. And, I don't know where you buy the powder...
