I have always been treated like a valued customer too, and they are in top of my list as a victory dealer. I changed both front and rear tire of my kingpin few. I also stop over last week for demo ride, I was late and it was almost a closing time, they stayed longer than they announced to let me have demo ride.
I trust Joe and other people I meet over victory Diggers and I will go there again for business.

Warrants?
There has NEVER been a warrant of any type served at Digger's?
Not sure where that came from, or how bullshit like that spreads? There will be a formal complaint filed against the officer when all is said and done. In drilling the Salesman, he asked him why he sold the boat. He told the officer he was doing as he was told. "Hitler would have liked you, doing what you're told" was the response of the officer. Gee nice comment from a public official. Wonder how well that would go over had the Salesman had a relative die in a camp in WW2? |

There was an ATV incorrectly shipped to us in (I dont offload the trucks?) early '06. My Salesman discovered it doing a physical inventory. I had an employee (informant) that was on his last leg who called the police before we reacted. I've never spoken to a trucking company about this as the unit had sat there for a year +(we had 250+ crates at all times) before we discovered it! The police came and picked it up. I was never even asked about this by the police (Detective never returned my call) or Polaris. Seems only issue rested with the Detective. The other issue was a PWC left with us for 5+ years. We cleaned the mold off of it and got it running to sell. We discovered at the DNR the original owner called it in stolen (he "forgot" where it was). I fought the (same Dick Tracy) detective when he wanted to seize the PWC because it was rightfully ours due to Mechanics Lien. They took it anyhow and we were out 5 yrs storage plus repairs. I could have pursued it but let it drop. Oh BTW same "Detective" on all 3 situations! There will be a formal complaint filed against the officer when all is said and done. In drilling the Salesman, he asked him why he sold the boat. He told the officer he was doing as he was told. "Hitler would have liked you, doing what you're told" was the response of the officer. From the story, "Detectives got a search warrant and found the watercraft in the back room at Digger’s"
If they have never done warrants I would press that reporter for a retraction/correction.

Unfair discussion for a good dealer..
I've been to Digger's a few times and thought they were outstanding in their approach to customer service!
This forum is hardly the appropriate place to hold a hearing. Let's leave that to the legal system. I've always believed that there's three sides to every story if you know what I mean. |

Totally agree....
I agree with Sunday....I apologize for the debate. It's hard to sit idle by as inaccurate info destroys 13 yrs hard work. I'll post no more unless it's related to riding.
This is a great forum, for and by motorcyclists. Thanks to all who support us.... |
